Can we add another player to our booking after we pay?

Group sizes are fixed to match specific room limits. You can check online to see if an adjacent time slot has open capacity. Staff will try to adjust your roster if the total remains within fire code rules for that specific space.

What happens if our group arrives late for a scheduled session?

Games start promptly at the time printed on your ticket. Late arrivals cut directly into your playing time because the next group is booked right after. Doors lock five minutes past the scheduled hour and missed slots are non-refundable.

Do we need to bring anything special to play the games?

Leave your bags, phones, and cameras in the lockers provided in the lobby. Comfortable shoes work best since you will be standing and walking on concrete floors. Reading glasses are recommended if you struggle with small text in dim lighting.

How do private bookings work for company events or large groups?

You can book multiple rooms to run games at the same time. Check the online schedule to see which time blocks have enough open slots for your headcount. Contact the front desk directly if you need to coordinate arrival times for multiple teams.

Are walk-in bookings accepted if we show up at the venue?

Sessions are booked in advance through the website to ensure staff are ready. Walk-ins are only accommodated if an empty time slot is currently available on the board. Most weekend slots fill up days ahead of time.

Can we take photos or record video inside the rooms?

Cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited inside all game areas. This rule protects puzzle secrets and keeps the experience fresh for future visitors. Staff will gladly take a photo of your group in the lobby after your game finishes.

What is the cancellation policy if our plans change?

Refunds are issued if you cancel at least two days before your scheduled start time. Rescheduling is available online up to twenty-four hours before your session begins. Missed appointments without notice forfeit the full booking fee.
